Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of drgharrison.com and any related pages, articles, forms, scheduling links, and communications (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Dr. Harrison’s Center of Functional Medicine (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 9035 Wadsworth Pkwy #3300, Westminster, CO 80021.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site is informational only

Everything published on this Site — articles, condition and service pages, videos, downloadable materials, and answers to frequently asked questions — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional who has personally evaluated you. No content on this Site should be used to diagnose a condition, to select or change a treatment, or to decide whether to seek care.

Reading this Site, submitting a form, subscribing to updates, or booking an introductory discovery call does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A professional relationship is established only after you become a patient of the clinic through our formal intake and consent process.

Health outcomes vary from person to person. Nothing on this Site is a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any particular result.

3. Medical emergencies

Do not use this Site in a medical emergency. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue care from a qualified healthcare professional because of something you read here. Do not start, stop, or change any prescribed medication or treatment without first consulting the clinician managing your condition.

4. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older who are located in the United States. If you are under 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Consultations, scheduling, and communications

The Site may allow you to request an introductory discovery call or to ask about becoming a patient. Please note:

  • A discovery call is a brief, general conversation about whether the practice may be a fit for your situation. It is not a clinical visit, examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan.
  • Clinical services, including any telehealth services, are available only where Dr. Glenn Harrison, DC, BS is appropriately licensed and only to individuals who have completed the practice’s intake process.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. We may decline to schedule for any lawful reason, including when your needs would be better served by another provider.
  • Website forms, email, and text messages are not secure and should not be used to send detailed health information, test results, or other sensitive personal data. Please limit what you send through the Site to basic contact details and a general description of what you are seeking. We will direct you to an appropriate channel for clinical information.

6. Fees and payment

The Site does not process payments and is not a channel for billing. Fees for clinical services are quoted and handled directly by the practice, and are described to you before services begin.

7. Testimonials, reviews, and case examples

Any patient stories, testimonials, reviews, or case examples appearing on the Site reflect the individual experience of the person described. They are not typical, not a guarantee, and not a prediction of what any other person will experience. Where required, testimonials are published with permission.

8. Third-party links, tools, and content

The Site links to third-party websites, scheduling tools, video platforms, and research sources that we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this Site is owned by the practice or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Specific permissions — including how our articles may be quoted, cited, and summarized by publishers, search engines, and AI assistants — are set out on our Content Licensing & Copyright page.

10. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or currency of information. Health science changes over time; content that was accurate when published may become outdated, and we are under no obligation to update it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice, Dr. Glenn Harrison, and our staff, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from the professional services we provide to established patients, which are governed by the separate agreements and consents entered into as part of care.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the practice, Dr. Glenn Harrison, and our staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

14. Privacy

Our handling of information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Information you provide as an established patient in the course of care is handled separately under the practice’s clinical privacy practices.

15. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Content Licensing & Copyright page, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
